What is the cost of the tea per month?

The RRP of our tea is £39.99 per pack, or £79.99 per month. However, we also offer other simple payment plans which enable you to save up to £160 on 6 months of tea.

How long do I need to stay on the weight loss programme?

You can stay on the Cho–Yung Weight Loss Programme for as long as you're weight is considered 'overweight'. However, once you reach your goal weight, our tea can also be used to maintain your weight, improve the condition of your skin and increase your energy levels.

How does Cho–Yung Tea help me to lose weight?

Our unique tea works because it is synergistic, meaning the effect of the tea's various ingredients work in harmony with each other in the body, to produce the best possible weight loss result. Cho–Yung Tea oxidises fat and blocks its absorption; this improves the efficiency of your digestive system. Your bowel movements will become more regular. There has also been evidence to suggest that green tea helps speed up your metabolism and reduce body weight.

What are the main ingredients?

In addition to the 'Oolong' green tea itself, we also include lotus leaf to optimise digestion, Alisma to reduce bloating, , Cassia seeds to support the internal organs, Jiaogulan to regulate the digestive system, and Poria to support the internal organs, notably the heart, spleen and kidney. Cho–Yung is a 100% natural, 400 year old, Chinese weight loss 'secret'!

How many cups of tea do I take each day?

You are only advised to take 2 cups of Cho–Yung Tea each day, which makes it very easy to fit in with your busy lifestyle.

When is the best time to take each cup?

You can drink Cho–Yung Tea at any time of the day, however most of our customers drink one cup before eating in the morning and another at night after their last meal. It is not recommended to take both cups within an hour.

Are there any side effects?

Cho–Yung Tea is a 100% natural product, and works in synergy with your body, however there are a very small percentage of people who may experience loose bowel movements and mild stomach cramps. This is due to the body's interaction with complex natural ingredients found in Cho–Yung tea that break down solid fat and expell it via the bowel system. This 'faecal fat' expulsion will generally reduce and diminish within a very short period. In the case of more serious, long term physical disorders, including chronic diarrhoea that lasts for more than three days, medical advice should be sought.

Is it safe to take while on medicine or with any medical conditions?

If you are on any prescribed medication or have been diagnosed with a medical condition, you should always consult with your GP before undertaking ANY kind of weight loss programme, including Cho–Yung Tea.

Is it safe to take while pregnant/breastfeeding?

We do not recommend that Cho–Yung Tea is taken when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can anyone under 18 years old take Cho–Yung Tea?

We do not advise anyone under the age of 18 to take our tea as children are still developing their bodies, so any weight loss programme may inhibit their natural development.

How do I know the testimonials on this website are true?

All individuals featured on our website have been remunerated and have signed standard legal endorsement release forms. If you too drink Cho–Yung tea and lose a noticeable amount of weight, send us a ‘before and and after photograph’, along with a short written testimonial. If we decide to use it on our site, we'll send you a cheque for £150!

How is Cho–Yung tea different to normal green tea?

Delivery / Dispatch

How long will it take to receive my order of Cho–Yung Tea?

Your tea is despatched from a UK location, and will normally be received within 3–5 days to UK addresses. Orders despatched to Europe, Canada and New Zealand normally take 5–10 days to be received.

How will my tea be delivered? eg. Recorded/tracked

We despatch all our orders using Recorded Delivery service – you will receive a text alert on dispatch of your order and an email from us giving you the Tracking number of your order. We are unable to offer a tracked service at this time for deliveries to Europe, Canada and New Zealand.

How long does shipping take for customers outside of the UK?

Orders despatched to Europe, Canada and New Zealand normally take 5–10 days to be received.

Methods of Payment

What credit cards are excepted?

We accept most poular credit cards.

Are all debit cards excepted? (If not which are.)

We do not accept all debit cards – only Visa and Mastercard debit cards.

Do you accept cheques, postal orders or direct debit?

Sorry but we do not accept payments by cheque, postal order or direct debit.

Product Returns

What condition do my product returns need to be in?

In order to receive a refund, your product returns MUST be unopened and undamaged and MUST include a valid Returns Number. You will not be refunded for any packs which have been opened or damaged, even if they are returned.

Do the return packs need to be sent by recorded delivery?

You are not required to send returns by Recorded delivery. You can send by normal First Class post if you prefer. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the correct postage is applied to the return package. Any unpaid postage costs incurred to Cho–Yung will be deducted from any refund due to you.

How can I be sure you will receive my returns, and update your system?

When we receive your unopened and undamaged pack(s) we will send you an email confirming this.

After tea is returned, how long will it take to receive my refund?

We will email you confirming receipt of your returned pack(s), and at the same time give you a transaction number for the refund amount. Please allow up to 10 days for the payment to reach your account. We only refund directly back to the original source from which the payment was taken.

Will I be notified as soon as you receive my goods back?

When we receive your unopened and undamaged pack(s) we will send you an email confirming this.

What will happen if goods get lost in the post am I still entitled to a refund?

Without proof of receipt of the returns, we will be unable to issue any refund. If you are concerned that your return may be lost in the post, we would advise that you send by Recorded delivery.

What if am not satisfied with the tea?

We would be keen to hear from you if you have experienced any problems whilst using our tea, and will try to help sort out any issues you may have.. However, if you are not satisfied with the tea, all Standard, Regular and Celebrity Plan customers are covered by our no quibble money back promise when returning unopened, undamaged packs of tea – just let us know if you would like a refund. Customers who have received one of our "Try before you Buy" Offers are not entitled to a refund on postage once the goods have been despatched.
